WebConferencing and WebCollaboration combine a telephone conference call with an associated visual presentation over the Internet.
With WebConferencing the moderator has the ability to present PowerPoint slides to participants, view questions asked by participants, determine all the participants on that audio and web conference, and manage that conference via a web interface.
During a WebCollaboration event, callers can speak with several other people at the same time using a single phone number and at the same time share presentation materials, show and manipulate documents and applications, and/or tour a web site. Each participant with Internet access can see and/or take part in manipulating the information on the screen from their own computer. This service is best used for callers needing to share data, documents, applications or presentations with one or more persons outside of their location.
